Dr. George Raad received his Bachelor’s Degree from the University of South Carolina College of Medicine. He received his Doctor of Medicine degree from the Medical University of South Carolina in 1982.

Dr. Raad completed his Internship/Residency/ Chief Residency at the Bowman Gray School of Medicine of Wake Forest University at the North Carolina Baptist Hospital. Dr. Raad is board certified in Family Medicine from the American Board of Family Medicine.

Dr. Raad also specializes in addiction medicine with patients that need help with detoxification and addiction treatment. He has been the recipient of a national award as the Medical Director of Mercy Horizons Detoxification Program. Dr. Raad has received the Jody Kellermann Award for chemical dependency, and he hold a special CPI designation for clinical trials.
